How much is the gym membership?

Our Base membership is only $19.95 per week for unlimited gym access.

What memberships do you offer?

We offer a few different membership options: Base, Home, Full House and Basketball + Pickleball. See more about our memberships here.

What are your agreement terms and how much are your joining fees?

We have no lock-in contracts or joining fees.

What are your operating hours?

You’ll have access to the facilities between 5am - midnight, including public holidays. Staffed hours are between 9am - 7pm weekdays and 8am - 2pm on weekends.

What is included in the gym space?

We have state-of-the art equipment and exceptional amenities. Our gym space has a large functional turf zone, pin & plate loaded machines, lifting platforms, free weights, strength zone, loads of cardio and a three-lane sled track.

What’s included in the dry recovery space? Is it part of the gym membership?

Boasting the best recovery equipment by Hyperice, our dedicated dry recovery area will include custom lounges, Normatec compression boots, Hypervolt massage guns and Vyper rollers. Upgrade your gym membership from $19.95 per week to $34.95 per week to have unlimited access.

Are you partnered with Fitness Passport or ClassPass?

Our member experience is the most important, for that reason, we are not partnered with any third parties.

What is the minimum age someone can use the gym?

The minimum sign up age is 15 years (with parental consent). If you are under 18 years old, you are not permitted entry to the gym outside of the staffed hours. Read about our Terms & Conditions here.

Can I change my membership at any time?

You sure can! To submit your membership change request, please email us at [email protected] and our team will help you out.

Can I pause (place a Hold) on my membership?

Of course. We know that sometimes life gets in the way or you may need a break. You can submit your Hold request via the Member Portal.

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations require 2 weeks notice at the time of request. Your cancellation request can be completed in-person or submitted via the Member Portal.

Can I bring a friend to Housed?

Yes you can! Bring your friend with you during staffed hours and their first visit will be “on the house”.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have 100+ car spots available on-site. We’re also a few minutes walk away from Macquarie University Metro Station and Macquarie Park Shopping Centre.

Are the locations easy to access?

Absolutely. All sites offer over 100 free on-site parking spots and are designed for smooth access. Macquarie Park is also just a short walk from the Metro and shopping centre.

What are your operating hours?

Our doors are open daily from 5 am to midnight—including public holidays. Staffed support is available from 9 am–7 pm on weekdays and 8 am–2 pm on weekends.

Is parking really free?

Yes—every location has secure, on-site parking, free for all members and guests.

Can I try Housed before becoming a member?

Definitely! We offer a free day pass so you can explore everything we have to offer.

What’s included in the free pass?

You’ll enjoy full access to our club and its facilities for the day.

Is there a cost for the free pass?

None at all—it’s completely free.

How long is it valid?

Your free pass gives you one full day to experience Housed.

How do I get my free pass?

Are there any conditions when bringing a guest?

Our strength and performance gym includes functional turf, sled tracks, lifting platforms, free weights (up to 50kg), plate/pin-loaded machines, and over 50+ pieces of equipment.

What’s in the dry recovery area?

Our recovery lounge features top-tier Hyperice tech—Normatec boots, Hypervolt guns, Vyper rollers, and custom lounges. Access is available as a membership upgrade.

What Pilates classes do you offer?

We run Mat and Reformer Pilates in various styles—Classic, Flow, Power, Burn—designed to enhance strength, balance, and mobility. Available through Home and Full House memberships.

Do you have courts for basketball and pickleball?

Yes—we’ve got 3 NCAA half-courts for basketball and indoor pickleball courts. Balls and gear are provided, and courts can be booked via our app or Member Portal.

What’s included in the wellness space?

Our wellness offering includes a Spa, traditional and infrared saunas, hot and cold plunges, contrast therapy, and steam rooms—perfect for unwinding. Included with Full House membership.

Is Personal Training and Allied Health available?

Yes—we offer tailored coaching plus services in Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and Podiatry, all delivered by qualified, SIRA-certified professionals who work with private health and WorkCover.

What are the costs for coaching?

We have three coaching packages available. 1 session is $70, 2 sessions are $65 per session, and 3 sessions are $60 per session.

How do I book coaching? Can it be done online?

This can be done with one of our team members during staffed hours (9am - 7pm weekdays and 8am - 2pm weekends). This allows us to pair you with the right coach.

How can I choose who my coach is?

You tell us what your goals are and we will pair you up with the right coach - leave that to us.

I’m injured, how do I know the coach chosen will be right for me?

Our trusted team knows every coach and will never put you at risk. We will make sure you are with the perfect coach for your needs.

I want to understand coaching better, who can I talk to?

How many Mat + Reformer classes can I do per week?

Your Home or Full House membership provides you with unlimited access to Mat Pilates classes and 3 x Reformer Pilates classes per week (6 per fortnight).

I noticed you have a few different names for your Reformer Pilates classes. What's the difference?

Our “Classic” class is focused on the fundamental principles of Pilates. Suitable for complete beginners and experienced members who like to follow a traditional class system. Our “Flow” class is a rhythmical class that focuses on flowing seamlessly from one exercise to the next with optional layers to scale the intensity. Suited to all levels but we recommend complete beginners try a “Classic” class first to become familiar with the reformer. Our “Power” class focuses on layers of slow resistance fused with a high-intensity burn. Suited to members who are more experienced with Reformer.

I noticed you have a few different names for your Mat Pilates classes. What's the difference?

Our “Flow” class targets the core and deep stabilising muscles whilst mobilising joints so you can move with ease around the mat. Challenge your full body using props to compliment movements. Suited to all levels. Our “Burn” class is based around the principles of Pilates and influenced by functional movement patterns and high-intensity intervals. This class will challenge muscular endurance and core strength. Suited to all levels.

Do I need to wear grip socks?

Grip socks are recommended for Reformer Pilates but are not compulsory.

How do I book into Pilates classes?

Members can access our Pilates timetable via App and/or Member Portal. All bookings are open 7 days in advance.

Which membership provides me with access to the Basketball court?

Our Basketball + Pickleball membership provides unlimited access to our Basketball court, as well as full gym access.

How do I book the Basketball court?

Members can book the Basketball Courts via the App and/or Member Portal.

Can I hire out a Basketball court?

You can’t hire or book a court but you can reserve a shooting lane!

How many Basketball courts are available?

We will have 3 x NCAA half courts.

Do I need to bring my own Basketball?

No need to bring anything, we have it all here.

What is Pickleball?

Pickleball is a racket or paddle sport in which two players (singles) or four players (doubles) use a smooth-faced paddle to hit a perforated, hollow plastic ball over a 34-inch-high (0.86 m) net until one side is unable to return the ball or commits a rule infraction.

Which membership provides me with access to the Pickleball court?

Our Basketball + Pickleball membership provides unlimited access to our Pickleball courts, as well as full gym access only.

Are the courts indoors or outdoors?

All indoors, no need for sunscreen.

Do you supply rackets & balls?

We offer both racket and ball hire for $5.

How do I book the Pickleball court?

Reserve online via the Member Portal and/or the Housed App.

Can I hire the Pickleball court for a team function?

Absolutely you can! Contact us at [email protected] for more details.

Which membership provides me with access to the wellness offerings?

What is included in the wellness space?

We provide a full wellness offering: Spa, Hot & Cold Plunge, Traditional Sauna, Steam, Contrast Therapy Rooms with Infrared Ice Baths & Infrared Saunas.

Do you need a referral to see a Chiropractor, Physiotherapist or Podiatrist?

No referral needed! We are here to help. You can use any of our services privately, so give us a call or book online.

Do you provide bulk-billing?

Yes, we bulk-bill chiro, physio and podiatry services that are accepted under Medicare when using an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan/Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan, as referred by the GP.

Can I use my Health Care Fund to cover my appointment?

Yes. Depending on the care you require and level of cover you have, you will be able to use your Health Care Fund to cover all/part of that treatment. We have HICAPS Eftpos facilities on-site so you can claim directly at the time of payment. Please contact your private health fund for more information about treatment and orthotic cover/rebates you may be eligible for.

Are you a preferred provider for a health fund?

Yes. We are preferred providers with the following health funds, HCF, BUPA & medibank. Please contact us on (02) 8378 8556 or your health fund directly.

Do you accept injuries under WorkCover insurance?

Yes. We have SIRA certified Allied Health Providers. We will need to know at the time of booking if you are under the WorkCover Scheme by providing your active claim number, your case managers contact details and your most recent WorkCover certificate.

How do I know what type of appointment to book?

A ‘First Appointment' is booked for either new patients or returning patients who have a new injury/condition. A 'Follow Up Appointment' is booked for existing patients who are receiving current treatments for an existing injury/condition. If you are unsure about which type of appointment or service you require, please call us on (02) 8378 8556.

How long do appointments go for?

Typical treatments/appointments are 30-60 minutes depending on your appointment type. Please ensure that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Do you accept 'walk-ins'?

Yes. If we have an available appointment then we will be able to see you immediately or soon after. To guarantee an appointment time it is best to book an appointment by either calling us or booking online.
