Flow is our most rhythmical class — a seamless, elegant progression of movement that embodies the art of control. Each transition is curated to enhance fluidity, strength, and connection, offering optional intensity layers to refine your experience. Open to all levels, though we recommend our Classic class as an introduction for those new to Reformer Pilates.

Intensity Elevated.

Power is a sculpting experience designed for those ready to go deeper. With a focus on slow, deliberate resistance and a high-intensity burn, this class challenges both body and mind. Best suited for experienced Reformer clients seeking a bold, invigorating evolution of their practice.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates brings you back to the essence of control, using only your bodyweight and the floor beneath you to build strength, restore posture, and enhance mobility. It’s a grounding practice that cultivates self-awareness, endurance and refined technique. In group settings, Mat fosters a warm collective energy—each person moving at their own pace, yet part of something shared. It’s an invitation to slow down, reset, and reconnect—with yourself and those around you.
