1. The Promoter
1.1 This promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by Housed Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 77 677 163 816) (“Housed”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 By entering, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Entry is deemed acceptance of these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is open to current Housed members who are residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. A valid, active Housed membership is required to enter and to claim the Prize.
2.2 Employees of Housed, its related bodies corporate, and their immediate families, and agencies associated with this Promotion, are not eligible to win.
2.3 We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant, including confirming active membership status, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these Terms, or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, during the Promotion Period entrants must:
(A) hold a public Instagram account (private accounts prevent us from viewing the entry and will not be counted);
(B) post a photo, Reel or Story to their own account showing or describing a personal best or personal “win” at Housed (for example a first class, first pull-up, first 5am session, or any personal milestone, big or small); and
(C) tag @housedaus and include the hashtag #MyHousedPB in the post, Reel or Story.
3.2 Each qualifying post, Reel or Story constitutes one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided each entry is a genuine, separate post.
3.3 Entries are tracked via automated tools. Only entries that are public and correctly tagged with both @housedaus and #MyHousedPB during the Promotion Period will be counted.
3.4 Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of upload.
4. The Prize
4.1 One (1) winner will receive a one (1) month complimentary Housed membership (the “Prize”).
4.2 The Prize consists of one (1) months’ complimentary membership on the winner’s existing membership type at their current home club at the same of the prize draw, with the same inclusions and access the winner currently holds. No upgrade, change of membership type, or additional inclusions are provided as part of the Prize.
4.3 At the conclusion of the one (1) month complimentary period, the membership will automatically continue on a fortnightly paid basis at the standard Membership Dues for the winner’s membership type and home club, in accordance with the Housed Membership Terms & Conditions, unless cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
4.4 The Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
4.5 The Prize will be applied as a one (1) month credit to the winner’s existing membership dues.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
5.1 The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
5.2 The draw will take place on Monday 26 October 2026 at 12pm.
5.3 The winner will be notified via direct message to the Instagram account used to enter, within two (2) business days of the draw.
5.4 The winner must respond and provide any required details to claim the Prize within seven (7) days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to redraw, subject to any applicable law.
5.5 We may publish the winner’s Instagram handle on our channels. By entering, you consent to this.
6. Content, Licence & Conduct
6.1 By entering, you grant Housed a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, repost, edit, adapt and publish your entry (including your handle, image, likeness and any content within the entry) across Housed’s Instagram for promotional purposes, without further compensation or notification.
6.2 You warrant that your entry is your own original content, that you have the right to grant the licence in clause 6.1, and that your entry does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party. If your entry features any other identifiable person, you warrant that you have their consent to be included and for Housed to use the content as described.
6.3 Entries must not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or contrary to Housed’s values or the Housed Rules. We reserve the right to exclude any entry at our sole discretion.
6.4 You acknowledge that participation in physical exercise carries inherent risks and that you enter and post content at your own risk. Housed is not liable for any injury arising from any activity you undertake in creating an entry.
7. Instagram / Meta Disclaimer
7.1 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok or Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Housed and not to these platforms.
7.2 You release Instagram, Meta, TikTok and Facebook from any and all liability arising in connection with this Promotion.
8. Privacy
8.1 Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Housed’s Privacy Policy, available at housed.com.au/privacy, and used for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, awarding the Prize, and (where you have consented) future marketing.
9. General
9.1 We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel this Promotion, or these Terms, at any time where reasonably necessary, subject to any applicable law.
9.2 We accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or not received due to technical issues or platform errors outside our control.
9.3 This Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
9.4 Our decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
