Yes, come solo and we'll pair you up with people similar to you. Teams keep things motivating and make the session approachable and fun.
Most people do best with 2-4 sessions per week. A simple mix is: 1-2 Strength + 1 Cardio + 1 Team Hybrid.
A balance: Strength + Cardio (and Team Hybrid if you want extra conditioning). Consistency is the main driver.
Prioritise House of Strength (Full/Upper/Lower), and add 1 Cardio for fitness if you like.
