What's the difference between Cardio Endurance and Cardio Sprint?

Endurance includes HYROX movements and longer intervals to build stamina; Sprint uses short, high-intensity efforts to build speed, power, and recovery.

Do I have to be training for cardio to do a class?

What is Team Hybrid?

A collaborative conditioning session that blends strength, endurance, and teamwork, high energy and a strong finish to the week.

How do teams work in Team Hybrid? Can I come solo?

Yes, come solo and we'll pair you up with people similar to you. Teams keep things motivating and make the session approachable and fun.

How often should I train each week?

Most people do best with 2–4 sessions/week. A simple mix is: 1–2 Strength + 1 Cardio + 1 Team Hybrid.

What should I book if I want fat loss and general fitness?

A balance: Strength + Cardio (and Team Hybrid if you want extra conditioning). Consistency is the main driver.

What should I book if I want to build muscle/strength?

Prioritise House of Strength (Full/Upper/Lower), and add 1 Cardio for fitness if you like.

What do I need to bring?

Water, a towel, and shoes you can move in (runners are fine).

How much do group training classes cost?

Group training classes are included in Full House and Home membership tiers. Base members can upgrade to access classes. Unlimited class access is available with Full House and Home memberships.
