Do I have to be training for cardio to do a class?

What is Team Hybrid?

How do teams work in Team Hybrid? Can I come solo?
Yes, come solo and we'll pair you up with people similar to you. Teams keep things motivating and make the session approachable and fun.
How often should I train each week?
Most people do best with 2–4 sessions/week. A simple mix is: 1–2 Strength + 1 Cardio + 1 Team Hybrid.
What should I book if I want fat loss and general fitness?
A balance: Strength + Cardio (and Team Hybrid if you want extra conditioning). Consistency is the main driver.
What should I book if I want to build muscle/strength?
Prioritise House of Strength (Full/Upper/Lower), and add 1 Cardio for fitness if you like.
What do I need to bring?
Water, a towel, and shoes you can move in (runners are fine).
How much do group training classes cost?
