On your first visit
Watch for your welcome email
GymMaster emails your membership confirmation and receipt. It carries the details you set up at signup, so keep it handy.
Bring photo ID
Your access is activated at the arena on your first visit. Bring photo ID so the team can match it to your membership.
Book your court time in the app
Download the Housed App and sign in with the email you joined with to book courts and manage your membership.
Something not right?
If your confirmation email has not arrived, or anything about your membership or first payment looks wrong, call us on 1800 771 423 before signing up again — your membership is already created.
