Housed Free Pass - Terms & Conditions

The “Free Pass” offer is limited to one Free Pass per person and is valid for first-time users only who are not current or previous members within the last 12 months. Prior to accessing a Housed location, Free Pass holders must:

• provide name, surname, phone number and email address
• read, understand and agree to all Housed terms and conditions, code of conduct and club policies
• read, understand and agree to any waiver, release, pre-exercise screening and indemnity required by Housed

The Free Pass allows access to selected locations during staffed hours only. For further info on staffed hours please visit www.housed.com.au/locations.

The Free Pass must be activated within 7 days from the date it is sent to the user and is valid only for the day of activation.

The Free Pass is valid only at the Housed location selected at the time of registering for the pass and is non-transferable.

The Free Pass includes gym or classes access only, only at selected locations, subject to availability and age restrictions. The Free Pass does not include access to Recovery & Wellness facilities.

• The Free Pass at Caringbah does not include Reformer Pilates Classes, only gym access.

Age Eligibility

Facility Restrictions: While most of our facilities cater to various age groups, the use of Free Pass at any Housed Basketball facility is strictly limited to individuals 18 years of age or older.

• Verification: To activate and utilize the Free Pass at these locations, participants must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival. Failure to provide proof of age will result in the immediate voiding of the Free Pass for that session without exception.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or membership dues.

Housed may contact the user of the Free Pass via email, SMS, phone or other means for administrative and/or marketing purposes, including to provide information regarding membership and services available at Housed. The user of the Free Pass agrees to Housed's general Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that their personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with Housed's Privacy Policy.
