4.2 The Promoter may, at its discretion, offer limited opening offers and may extend, shorten, vary, or replace the promotion at any time. 5. THE OFFER
5.1 The Promoter offers an Eligible Membership at least 50% off the standard Membership Dues for the relevant Membership Type and Eligible Club, for the first 4 weeks of membership (the “Offer”), after which standard Membership Dues apply as set out in Clause 5.4.
5.2 What’s included. The Offer entitles the Eligible Individual to access the facilities and services included in the Membership Type for the Eligible Membership, and at the Eligible Location. Personal training, special events, and guest passes are not included. Class limits and bookings are subject to the credit limits and booking rules in the Membership Terms and Conditions as applicable to the Membership Type for the Eligible Membership, at the Eligible Location. Additional classes or bookings may incur additional fees and availability of classes is subject to capacity and not guaranteed.
5.3 How the discount works. The Eligible Individual signs up to an Eligible Membership. The 50% discount is applied to the standard Membership Dues for the first 4 weeks only and is calculated on the published rate for the selected Membership Type at the Eligible Club at the time of sign-up. A one-off $89 Digital Key fee applies at sign-up and is not waived or discounted under this Offer. Any returning member must again pay the Digital Key fee.
5.4 What you pay after the 4 weeks. At the end of the 4-week promotional period, the membership automatically continues at the standard Membership Dues for the Membership Type and Eligible Location, billed on the normal cycle according to your Membership Agreement, unless you cancel in accordance with the Membership Terms and Conditions.
5.5 Changing Membership Type. If an Eligible Individual upgrades or downgrades their Membership Type during the 4-week promotional period, the Offer ceases to apply from the date of the change and standard Membership Dues for the new Membership Type apply from that date.
5.6 The Offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refund, cannot be applied retrospectively, and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
6. ELIGIBILITY AND DISQUALIFICATION
6.1 To be eligible, an individual must: (a) be at least 15 years of age (the minimum sign-up age. Individuals under 18 may not enter a Club outside staffed hours and must have a parent or guardian sign all required documents and accept responsibility for fees and conduct); (b) be a resident of Australia; (c) be an Eligible Individual at the time of redemption; (d) provide accurate personal details and a valid direct debit or periodic credit card; and (e) comply with all Club Rules and the Membership Terms and Conditions.
6.2 The Promoter may verify eligibility and may decline, withdraw, or cancel the Offer where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or multiple claims.
7. CANCELLATION, COMMITMENT AND MEMBERSHIP TERMS
7.1 Non-Commitment. This is a Non-Commitment membership with no minimum term. It continues on an ongoing basis until cancelled in accordance with the Membership Terms and Conditions, which, without limit to the Membership Terms and Conditions, requires 30 days’ written notice, lodged by phoning Housed Support on 1800 771 423 and completing the Cancellation Request Form issued. Also see Clause 7.4 (Cooling Off) for change of mind within the 14-day Cooling-Off Period.
7.2 Automatic rollover. As set out in Clause 5.4, at the end of the 4-week promotional period the membership automatically continues at the standard Membership Dues for the Membership Type and Eligible Club unless cancelled.
7.3 Auto-renewal/direct debit. Memberships are paid by direct debit or periodic credit card and renew automatically. By redeeming the Offer and entering the Membership Agreement, the member authorises the Promoter to charge the nominated payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate until cancelled.
7.4 Cooling-off. New members under this Offer may cancel within the 14-day Cooling-Off Period by phoning Housed Support on 1800 771 423 and submitting the Cancellation Request Form, giving at least 72 hours’ notice before the end of the Cooling-Off Period. Membership fees already paid and the Digital Key fee are non-refundable. Clause 4.3.1 of the Membership Terms and Conditions does not apply to this promotion.
7.5 Holds and full terms. The promotional period cannot be paused. At the end of the 4-week promotional period, hold (pause) entitlements and all other membership terms are governed by the Membership Terms and Conditions (https://housed.com.au/terms-new).
8. REFUNDS
8.1 Except as required by law, all fees and costs paid are non-refundable once the membership has commenced and the Cooling-Off Period has passed, as set out in the Membership Terms and Conditions. Membership fees already paid and the Digital Key fee are non-refundable, except as required by law.
9. GENERAL
9.1 The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. Neither party is liable for any delay or failure due to causes beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State at the Eligible Location or, if more than one, in which the Offer is accepted.
