Program Terms & Conditions

Overview

The Housed Referral Program ("The Program") allows active Housed members to earn rewards by referring friends to join our community. By participating, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

The Referrer must be a current, active member of Housed with no outstanding fees. The Referral (the friend) must be a new member who has never previously held a Housed membership. All membership types are eligible, except Foundation Memberships. Eligibility and conditions for Foundation Memberships are set out in the standard Terms and Conditions of Housed, available at housed.com.au/terms.

How to Earn the Reward

For the reward to be issued, the following conditions must be met:

• ·The Referrer shares their unique referral link from the app, or emails [email protected] with their friend’s details to claim.
• ·The Referral signs up for a membership using that specific link/code, or mentions the referrer’s name upon joining.
• ·Both the Referrer and the Referee remain members past the 14-day cooling-off period.
• ·Both the Referrer and the Referee pay the Digital Key fee, as set out in the standard Terms and Conditions.
• ·Both the Referrer and the Referee make two (2) fortnightly payments.

The Reward

• ·Referrer Reward: once the Referral’s eligibility is confirmed, a credit equal to two (2) weeks of the Referrer’s current membership rate is applied to their next billing cycle.
• ·Limit: there is no limit to the number of friends you can refer; however, credits cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
• ·Credits: if multiple referrals sign up in one month, credits are applied consecutively (e.g. 2 referrals = 4 weeks free).

Privacy

By submitting the referral form, you confirm you have the referrer’s consent to share their details. Housed will contact the Referrer and provide the option to opt out of any future communication.

Restrictions & Fair Play

Housed reserves the right to void any rewards if we suspect fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to:

• ·Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
• ·Using "bot" services or spamming referral links on public coupon sites.
• ·Any activity that violates the spirit of a friend-to-friend recommendation.

Termination and Changes

Housed reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the Referral Program at any time. Any credits already earned and pending at the time of termination will be honoured.

Acceptance

By participating in the Program, you understand and accept these Program Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge that upon purchasing a Membership Package through this promotion, you will be bound by the standard Terms and Conditions of Housed, available at housed.com.au/terms.
