Housed Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Housed Referral Program (“The Program”) allows active Housed members to earn rewards by referring friends to join our community. By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

• The Referrer: Must be a current, active member of Housed with no outstanding fees.
• The Referral (The Friend): Must be a new member who has never previously held a Housed subscription or account.

3. How to Earn the Reward

For the Referrer to receive two (2) weeks of free membership, the following conditions must be met:

1. The Referrer must share their unique referral link obtained from their app to the referral or email hello@housed.com.au and share their friend's details to claim
2. The Referral must sign up for a membership using that specific link/code or mention the referrer name upon joining.
3. The Referral must successfully complete their first full payment cycle (or pass the initial 14-day cooling-off period).

4. The Reward

• Referrer Reward: Once the Referral's eligibility is confirmed, a credit equal to two (2) weeks of the Referrer's current membership rate will be applied to their next billing cycle.
• Limit: There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer; however, credits cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
• Credits: If multiple referrals sign up in one month, credits will be applied consecutively (e.g., 2 referrals = 4 weeks free).

5. Privacy Policy

By submitting this form, you confirm you have the referrer's consent to share their details.

• Housed will contact the Referrer and provide the option to opt out of any future communication.

6. Restrictions & Fair Play

Housed reserves the right to void any rewards if we suspect fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Using “bot” services or spamming referral links on public coupon sites.
• Any activity that violates the spirit of a “friend-to-friend” recommendation.

7. Termination and Changes

Housed reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the Referral Program at any time. Any credits already earned and “pending” at the time of termination will be honoured.

8. Acceptance

By participating The Program, you understand and accept these Program Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that upon purchasing a Membership Package through this Promotion, you will be bound by the standard Terms and Conditions of Housed, available at: https://housed.com.au/terms
