My coaching specialty lies in injury rehabilitation and performance, helping individuals not only achieve their fitness goals through injury recovery but also stay injury-resilient in the long term. Beyond my role at Housed, I'm currently the Medical Lead for Sydney FC's Junior Academy and the Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach for Macquarie University's Swim Squad. I've also previously worked with the Sydney Swans and Sydney Kings in physiotherapy and high-performance roles. What qualifications do Housed Fitness personal trainers have?

All our personal trainers hold minimum Certificate III & IV in Fitness qualifications, with many holding additional certifications including Bachelor's degrees in Exercise Science, ASCA Strength & Conditioning qualifications, Physiotherapy degrees, Nutrition diplomas, and specialized certifications in rehabilitation, pilates, and sports performance. Each trainer brings unique expertise to help you achieve your specific goals.

How much does personal training cost at Housed Fitness?

Personal training pricing varies based on session frequency, package size, and trainer expertise. We offer flexible options including single sessions, multi-session packages, and ongoing coaching arrangements. Contact us for a detailed quote tailored to your goals and budget. All personal training clients also need an active Housed Fitness membership.

Which Housed Fitness locations offer personal training?

Personal training is available at our Macquarie Park and Thornleigh locations, with a team of 10+ certified trainers. We also offer specialized basketball coaching at our Chatswood, Thornleigh, and Alexandria basketball facilities. Each location features expert coaches with diverse specializations to match your training needs.

Can personal trainers help with injury rehabilitation?

Yes! Several of our trainers specialize in injury rehabilitation and pre-habilitation. We have qualified physiotherapists, rehabilitation trainers, and strength coaches experienced in working with clients recovering from back injuries, ACL ruptures, chronic pain, and other conditions. Our coaches use evidence-based approaches to help you return to training safely and build injury resilience.

Do you offer nutrition coaching alongside personal training?

Yes, several of our trainers hold nutrition qualifications and can provide nutrition guidance as part of your training program. We have trainers with Bachelor's degrees in Nutrition, Diplomas in Personal Nutrition, and Certificate IV in Nutrition. Nutrition services may be offered as part of your training package or as a separate consultation.
