Personal Training – Terms & Conditions
BOOKING
- •Your preferred Personal Training days and times are shown as reserved and blocked out in the Housed Personal Trainer app.
- •All sessions must be booked and checked out in the booking system.
DURATION
- •This agreement remains in effect until a written request to cancel is submitted.
CANCELLATION
- •Session Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booked session.
- •Late Notice: Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being charged or forfeited.
- •Session Expiry: All sessions must be used within 28 days of being credited to the membership.
TRAINER CANCELLATION
- •If a trainer cancels a session, Housed is not obliged to refund or credit sessions, but results are contingent upon mutual commitment.
PAYMENTS / HOLDS
- •Transaction Fee: All ongoing memberships payments includes a $1.50 processing fee.
- •Failed Payments: Failed payments incur a $10 fee and may result in suspended sessions.
- •Complimentary Holds: Members are entitled to up to 4 complimentary weeks of Hold per membership anniversary year.
- •Extended Holds: Any Hold beyond the 4-week allowance incurs a fee of $5 per week.
- •Process: Requests to pause must be submitted via the "Add Hold" function in the Housed App or Member Portal.
TERMINATION
- •Cooling-Off Period: Within the first 28 days of sign-up, you may cancel by providing 72 hours' written notice before your next scheduled debit. The minimum commitment during this period is just one paid session.
- •Standard Cancellation: After the 28-day cooling-off period, a 28-day notice period is required to cancel.
- •Formal Process: To cancel, you must contact Member Services at 1800 771 423 to receive a formal Cancellation Request Form.
- •Notice Start Date: Your 28 days' notice officially starts on the date the correctly completed form is received.
- •Exclusions: Cancellation requests via social media, SMS, or in-person verbal requests are not accepted.
