What to Expect During Your First 2 Weeks
Arrive 10-15 Minutes Early
Give yourself time to complete a quick check-in registration at reception (5 minutes), change into your workout gear, and meet your instructor before class begins. This helps you start feeling relaxed and prepared.
Meet Your Instructor
Let your instructor know it's your first class. They'll explain what to expect, show you any equipment you'll be using, and answer any questions. Don't hesitate to mention any injuries or limitations - our instructors are trained to provide appropriate modifications.
Enjoy the Class
Classes typically run 45 minutes which includes warm up exercises, main workout, and cool-down. Work at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and focus on proper form over intensity. Remember - everyone started as a beginner!

What classes can I try with the $1/week for the first 2 weeks intro offer?
You can choose from any of our Reformer Pilates Classes at Five Dock, Bondi Junction or Chatswood. Class availability varies by location, so we'll help you find the perfect class at your chosen facility.
Do I need any experience to attend a class?
No experience is necessary! All our classes are designed to accommodate different fitness levels. Our instructors provide safe modifications for beginners and progressions for more experienced participants. Just let the instructor know it's your first class, and they'll ensure you feel comfortable and supported.
What should I bring to my intro class?
Bring comfortable workout clothing, a water bottle, and a towel. For pilates classes, grip socks are recommended (though not mandatory). All equipment including reformers, mats, weights, and resistance bands are provided. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete a quick registration and meet your instructor.
How do I book my 6x intro classes?
